CONTACTING YOUR
DOCTOR:

During the course of normal business days, for non-urgent
items that may need follow-up either through appointment,
phone calls, or returned emails in the next 24-48 hours,
please call us at 817.433.5160 or email here.
- If you have a medical emergency, please make your way to
the nearest emergency room or call 911.
- If you have a concern after hours, call the office number
to leave a message or send an email. If you feel your concern
cannot wait until the morning, you may call the office
line and use the voicemail system to reach your doctor.
- If you would like to be seen within 24 hours, please call
us and let us do our best to meet your needs.
PRACTICE CALENDAR:
The following dates the practice will be closed most major
federal holidays.
Current closings include:
7/3/2009 for observation of Independence Day
Occasionally throughout the year, the practice will be
closed for vacation of the physician. I am unable to post
those dates for security purposes. Call coverage will be
provided during these times.
